60-minute Intake Session

Your first appointment gives us time to get to know one another. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, review your personal history, explore your goals, and begin developing a plan tailored to your needs.

Individual Therapy

53-minute Therapy Session

Therapy is a collaborative process designed around your goals, strengths, and experiences. Together we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Initial Consultation

15-Minute Phone Call

Not sure where to begin? A complimentary 15-minute consultation is a great first step. During our conversation, we'll briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, review any questions you have about my approach, scheduling, or insurance, and determine whether we're a good fit before scheduling your first appointment.

What is The Essential Self?

I believe each of us has an Essential Self—the part of us that existed before life experiences, trauma, relationships, fear, or the expectations of others told us who we should be.

It is the part of us that holds our values, strengths, passions, intuition, compassion, and purpose.

Over time, many of us become disconnected from that part of ourselves. We spend years trying to meet expectations, caring for others, surviving difficult experiences, or living according to what we think we should do. Eventually, we begin to feel lost, overwhelmed, or uncertain about who we really are.

I don't believe therapy is about becoming someone new.

I believe therapy is about healing what has separated you from yourself so you can reconnect with the person you've always been.

That journey takes courage, curiosity, and self-compassion— you don't have to take it alone.

Take the First Step

Healing begins with a single conversation. If you're ready to explore what's possible, I’d love to hear from you.
