My approach is collaborative and personalized. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, develop practical tools for navigating life's challenges, and create a plan that aligns with your goals and values. Drawing from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care, I tailor each session to your unique needs because no two people—or their stories—are the same. My goal isn't simply to help you feel better—it's to help you build a life that feels more authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with who you truly are.

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself—without fear of judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.
We'll begin by unpacking what's been weighing on you. Together, we'll identify patterns, explore the experiences that have shaped you, and clarify what you'd like to change. Once we understand where you are and where you'd like to go, we'll create a practical plan that feels manageable and meaningful.
Along the way, I'll provide education, teach effective coping strategies, offer new perspectives, and challenge you when needed. I believe insight is powerful, but lasting change happens when insight is paired with action.
Every client is different, so every therapy experience is different. I adapt my style to meet your unique needs, strengths, personality, and goals.
Above all, I want you to leave each session feeling seen, supported, and hopeful—with a greater understanding of yourself and confidence in your ability to move forward.
